Delivery Time

The delivery time of your order depends on the selected carrier, such as Correos, DHL, or another local courier. Due to high volumes within postal and courier services, deliveries may occasionally be delayed. Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel online.

Please note: Due to the increase in online orders, courier services may experience busy periods. As a result, delays can occur. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery process once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier and cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier.
