• All designs are exclusive and handmade. For this reason, an exact replica is often not possible. Each order is created with great care and attention and is custom-made, not mass-produced or taken from stock.

• Returns, cancellations, and refunds are not possible for personalized items, as these products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. A deposit is non-refundable, as time is reserved for your order in our schedule, meaning that this time cannot be allocated to another client.

Each design is created in our own style and will never be an exact copy. However, we always ensure that the overall look and vibe remain consistent with the original example.
